Stay Fresh helps users organize, clean, and manage their email inboxes through secure integrations with email providers (such as Gmail). Our software identifies unwanted or unread emails and offers tools to delete, categorize, or unsubscribe—based on your preferences.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Stay Fresh. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You remain responsible for all activity under your account.

If you connect your Gmail or another email account, you grant Stay Fresh permission to access and process your data only as necessary to provide the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Stay Fresh for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or harm the Service or its users.
• Attempt to access data or systems without authorization.

5. Data Access and Permissions

If you connect a Gmail account, our use of data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements. Stay Fresh does not use email data for advertising, profiling, or resale.

Stay Fresh and its content, software, and logos are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Stay Fresh is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for data loss, deletion errors, or unintended consequences of automated email actions (e.g., deleting messages you later need).

Use caution when granting permissions or enabling automatic cleanup.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay Fresh and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
